A friend of mine from 30+ years ago that I recently re-connected with sent me this cartoon from a local artist in her area.
I can relate to the little guy's impatience. So often we want the future (and the things it holds for us) to come TODAY.
Every time we meet a group of people, invariably someone asks us if our time machine really goes into the future. And I always answer in the affirmative.
Our DeLorean Time Machine is carrying us into the future. But it requires patience, because it can only do it one day at a time.
Thank you, Kit, for thinking of us and sending the comic. I really like the reference to hoverboards! If I recall correctly from the movie, they appear sometime around 2015, so not much longer to wait! :)
